LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (7News) — On Monday at 5:30 p.m., the Loudoun County School Board will kick off a special meeting at Rock Ridge High School to listen to residents who have expressed concerns about high-voltage transmission lines running through their backyards and school property.
The school board was forced into this conversation because Dominion Energy’s approved route would go through school property, even though the school board didn’t give the company permission as required by state law.
