BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — The young Belmont County man charged with phoning bomb threats to businesses in March entered guilty pleas on Monday.
18-year-old Larry Harvey pleaded guilty to three counts of making terroristic threats and three counts of inducing panic.
