HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Traffic on U.S. Route 22/322 heading east in Harrisburg is stalled as a tractor-trailer has flipped on its side.
Reports came in around 5:20 a.m. after the truck flipped on its side, closing the roadway between Fishing Creek Valley Road (U.S. Route 443) and Linglestown Road (U.S. Route 39).
