KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A mother has been sentenced to 10 years after her daughter overdosed on fentanyl and became permanently disabled, according to Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen.
Allen said prosecutors in the Child Abuse Unit obtained the sentencing against Stacy Rena Boles, 47, after she brought fentanyl into the hospital, resulting in the overdose of her daughter, her husband and herself.
