New housing law could affect Louisville homeownership

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A new law designed to reduce barriers to homeownership could eventually make it easier for more families to buy homes.

The ROAD to Housing Act focuses on three main goals: increasing housing supply, limiting institutional home buyers and expanding financial options for prospective homeowners.
