LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Families of the victims of the Old National Bank mass shooting are continuing their lawsuit against River City Firearms, the gun store that sold the weapon used in the attack.
Attorneys were in Jefferson County court Monday for a hearing focused on two motions: one seeking access to mental health records, and another asking the court to reconsider earlier rulings on what evidence can be used.
