(FOX40.COM) — A driver was arrested for DUI after reaching a speed of 145 MPH before crashing on the Fourth of July in Solano County, the California Highway Patrol said.
At about 9:15 p.m. on July 4, an officer saw a black Infiniti traveling west on Interstate 80 near Manuel Campos Parkway on the north side of Fairfield, weaving through traffic.
