SAN ANTONIO — The video is dark and grainy, but neighbors said it offers proof of an act of vandalism that makes no sense.
Beacon Hill neighbors said it happened Sunday about 2 a.m. about three blocks east of I-10, a few blocks south of Hildebrand Avenue.
