It all went down in the Greenspoint area, where a Houston Police Department pursuit rolled right through a residential street. A suspect fleeing officers in a gray sedan plowed straight into the delivery driver as she was walking up to make a drop-off. Homeowner Lily Portillo had cameras rolling and caught the whole thing, which were obtained by ABC 7 Eyewitness News, including the aftermath, which honestly reads like something out of a sitcom if nobody had gotten hurt.
The suspect, identified by police as 34-year-old Torrance Whitaker, didn’t stick around to exchange insurance information. He bailed out of the car and took off on foot, hopping fences through several backyards while a K-9 unit and officers gave chase…
