TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Storms hit the Tucson area again on Monday, July 13, leading to at least three water rescues.
It was the third straight day of monsoon, and there were sporadic and short power outages across southern Arizona.
The Tucson Fire Department said it responded to three calls where vehicles got stuck in flooded roadways.
“In most cases, drivers were able to safely get themselves out of their vehicles,” the TFD said. “At one location, Tucson Fire personnel assisted by helping one driver out of the water.”…
