Drivers may encounter rolling stops on Interstate 83 in southern York County this week for blasting at a nearby commercial site, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The rolling stops are planned between the Pennsylvania Welcome Center and the Shrewsbury interchange, Exit 4, a news release states.
