LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Multiple firefighters worked together Sunday afternoon to rescue an injured hiker at the Trout Run Nature Preserve in Martic Township.
Officials said they entered the trails on the preserve around 2 p.m. and found a person suffering from an ankle injury in an area where the terrain was rugged and steep.
