WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Raley’s Companies has announced a round of executive appointments, elevating three leaders as the family-owned grocery operator looks to sharpen customer engagement and operational execution across its multiple store banners.
The moves, announced by company owner and CEO Mike Teel, alongside co-presidents Tiffanie Burkhalter and Jen Warner, consolidate marketing under the company’s communications chief and promote two internal executives to newly expanded operations and merchandising roles.
Carol Barsotti, who has led communications, government affairs, and community impact for the company, will now also oversee marketing as Chief Marketing Officer.
