A 16-year-old shooting victim was taken to the hospital by a good Samaritan who happened to drive by and see him, police said.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a shooting call in the 700 block of Colquitt Street near Stanford Street in Montrose at 9:30 p.m. on Monday.
