BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield Police Chief Brent Stratton joined 17 News at Sunrise on Tuesday to discuss some of the latest issues in law enforcement and other topics in Bakersfield.
Stratton was asked about a recent uptick in deadly crashes, unsafe driving and the department’s use of Flock cameras.

Stratton said residents should see increased traffic enforcement during the summer months to help cut down on traffic incidents. He said the department would be proactive to help deter or prevent them.
