MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man was arrested after striking another man in the face with a handgun outside of McDonald’s, according to court documents.
Zarion Mack, 19, was charged with second-degree assault.
Court filings show that on Sunday, July 5, Mack grabbed the man in the vestibule and escorted him outside the business. Investigators say Mack then struck him in the face with a handgun after a verbal argument over a free cup.
