MARION COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The State Law Enforcement Division and the South Carolina Highway Patrol’s Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) are helping in the investigation of a deadly incident that occurred Sunday night on Highway 41 South near Belin Court in Marion County, according to Marion County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Tammy Erwin.
Erwin said the Marion County Sheriff’s Office is the lead agency in the investigation.
She added “upon arrival, deputies determined there had been a domestic-related incident involving a motor vehicle. One individual sustained fatal injuries.”…
