SUNNYVALE — An affordable housing development that could produce more than 100 residences has been proposed for a former bank site in downtown Sunnyvale, documents show.
Should it move forward, nonprofit MidPen Housing would build 110 apartments at 295 South Mathilda Ave., according to city documents. All but one would be affordable, with a manager’s unit offered at market-rate prices.
