SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls woman was sentenced to federal prison on July 6 for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
Brenda Fernandez, 52, was sentenced to 4 years and 1 month in federal prison, 3 years of supervised release, a $1,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
