The California Highway Patrol Group has raised a Silver Alert on behalf of the Berkeley Police Department, asking the public’s help in locating a missing 72-year-old man last seen Tuesday in the 2800 block of Dohr Street at around 10 p.m.
Larry Armstrong is described as a Black man with gray hair and brown eyes, standing at five-foot-nine and weighs around 146 pounds.
