ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A local metal recycling plant is speaking about the impacts of the recent rise in copper thefts statewide and the impact it is having on industry.
This comes after an announcement from AT&T earlier this week, where the company said that it saw 215 copper theft incidents across North Carolina so far this year.
