HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A cafe in Harrisburg is claiming that their 15-minute parking zone is being taken away after only having it for a little over two weeks.
A 15-minute parking zone was installed at the Wake and Bake Cafe in downtown Harrisburg on June 26.
