Another La Familia loss has Kentucky fans fearing the worst ahead of Louisville duel

The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is unlike any other sporting event on the current basketball landscape. It’s impossible to predict exactly how a roster will ultimately turn out; players aren’t necessarily bound to appearing, and that relatively relaxed approach to the league has officially come around to bite Kentucky’s La Familia team.

Well, at least it has in the case of Quade Green. Kerr Kriisa and Reed Travis are unable to play due to circumstances beyond their control, but Green, a former blue and white point guard and one of the younger presences intended to strengthen La Familia’s squad, has dropped out for personal reasons.

Suddenly, a Kentucky team that initially seemed more than prepared to take on Louisville’s ‘The Ville’ bunch in a three-game series appears seriously underprepared. Factor in Archie Goodwin missing this weekend’s game one due to a scheduling conflict, and you’ve got a far from favorable outlook…
