(FOX40.COM) — A unique traffic crash caused a brief road closure in Fair Oaks on Wednesday, and the driver was arrested for allegedly driving after “huffing inhalants.”
Woodleaf Drive was closed in both directions between Fair Oaks Boulevard and Tommar Drive because of the crash, the California Highway Patrol said in a social media post.
