SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Drivers heading to or from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport should plan for delays as two CSX railroad crossings in Chatham County temporarily close for maintenance over the next week.
According to airport officials, the Bourne Avenue/Dean Forest Road crossing will close at 5 a.m. Thursday, July 16, and is expected to reopen Tuesday, July 21.
The Gulfstream Road crossing will then close at 5 a.m. Monday, July 20, and reopen Wednesday, July 22…
