Downtown Celina is poised for another major transformation. The city of Celina and the Celina Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) announced Trackside Junction, a $15 million mixed-use development that city leaders say will strengthen the connection between the historic downtown square and the city’s growing Entertainment District.
The public-private partnership with Nack Development is one of the largest private investments yet in downtown Celina and adds another piece to the city’s long-term vision of creating a more active, pedestrian-friendly downtown.
Expanding The Heart Of Downtown
Trackside Junction will introduce a mix of retail, restaurants, office space, event venues and luxury residential units, adding approximately 15,000 square feet of new commercial space to the district.
