OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – More details have been released regarding the conditions of nearly 80 animals seized from an Elkhorn home last week.
Nicholas Sakis has been cited for eight counts of animal cruelty plus two counts related to the unsanitary conditions of stalls, stables, and yards where most of the animals were kept. His court date was set for Sept. 8.
