Felony warrants have been issued for a Louisiana man, following the theft of computer and software items at Walmart in Union City.
Police reports said a Class-D felony charge of Burglary and Class-E felony charge of Theft of Property have been issued against 41 year old Peter Stifner, of Bossier City.
