KAKAAKO, Oahu (KHON2) — Skyline construction continues, now moving into its Segment 3.
“Segment 3 goes from Middle Street to Civic Center, Halekauwila and South Street, so we’re pretty much done with the utility relocations in downtown,” said Lori Kahikina, HART Executive Director and CEO. “We’re almost done with the utility relocations in Dillingham; we should be wrapping that up this year.”
