CLEVELAND (WJW) — A dump truck tarp became stuck on power lines, pulling them down along with two telephone poles on Thursday afternoon, July 16.
Cleveland Division of Fire Lt. Mike Norman told FOX 8 News it happened just after 2 p.m. on Clifton Boulevard between West 116th and West 117th streets, just before the Lakewood border.
