GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Kyllian Rober Doby, 16, has been charged as an adult for allegedly pointing a gun at a victim after jumping a fence into the victim’s yard.
At about 6:57 p.m. on May 29, an Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a residence in Holly Heights North, where the victim said he was sitting in his wheelchair by the fence in his yard when two males jumped over the fence, and one of them pointed a gun at him, putting him in fear for his life.
