A man wanted on a felony warrant was arrested after swimming into the ocean near the Pacific Palisades during a police chase.

According to KTLA, citing the Los Angeles Police Department, officers were pursuing the suspect on foot near Pacific Coast Highway and Sunset Boulevard at about 7:21 a.m. local time Thursday, when he ran past a lifeguard tower and into the water off Will Rogers State Beach.
