TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – Two men arrested at a Smith County furniture store on charges of smuggling undocumented immigrants pleaded not guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court.
Arturo Alcantar-Perez, 30, of Dale and Guillermo Limon-Sanchez, 36, of Austin made their initial appearance before Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell in the federal court’s Eastern District of Texas.
