BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 34-year-old man accused of shooting four people, including a minor, in Oildale in early July has pleaded not guilty to a weapon charge, according to court records.
Tyler Boyer was arraigned Wednesday and entered a not guilty plea to discharging a firearm in the commission of a specified felony, causing great bodily injury and/or death.
