INDIANAPOLIS (WISH-TV) — The Department of Public Works of Indianapolis (DPW) announced Thursday it plans to invest close to $1.4 million in two bridge superstructures over Devon Creek.
The bridges carry Lesley Avenue and Audubon Road.
According to a DPW Facebook post, over time, increased traffic volumes and repeated freeze-thaw cycles have caused deterioration of both structures. Erosion also affected portions of the banks along Devon Creek, the post said…
