LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – Wildfire smoke has impacted people across Michigan, with outdoor workers among those most affected. Construction crews in the Lansing area are adjusting safety measures as air quality deteriorates.
Projects continue amid hazardous conditions
Andy Kilpatrick said work is ongoing across multiple sites.
“We have a lot of projects going on, pretty much everything we’ve started is under construction and we actually started a new one — we have the Kalamazoo bridge now,” Kilpatrick said.
