Syracuse, N.Y. — Firefighters battled a large fire at a vacant home in Syracuse on Thursday night.
Around 8:40 p.m., Syracuse firefighters responded to a house fire at 102 Strand Place, according to Syracuse Fire Deputy Chief George Cowburn.
