SAN ANTONIO, Texas - A 41-year-old wanted felony suspect was taken into custody after San Antonio police officers conducted a surveillance operation that led to his arrest without incident.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, North SAFFE Officer Garcia and the department’s Covert Unit developed information during an investigation indicating that Justin Kenneth Vollmer was staying at a residence in the city.
