STONE COUNTY, Mo. — A man is suing Silver Dollar City (SDC), alleging negligence after he rode on a train that derailed in October 2022.
The petition filed Tuesday, July 14, in Stone County, names Timothy Taylor as the plaintiff against defendant Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation, which owns SDC.
