BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A lawsuit has been filed against OpenAI in the wake of an Alabama woman’s death.
Turnbull, Moak & Pendergrass Law Firm, based in Alabama, is serving as co-counsel in the lawsuit. The liability lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, alleges that defects in OpenAI’s ChatGPT contributed to the death of 29-year-old Christian Faith Madison.
