NEW YORK (PIX11) — As if the threat of parasitic infections causing diarrhea isn’t enough to worry about, a virus that is more common in the summer is starting to emerge.
The West Nile virus has been reported in mosquitoes around New York City and Long Island, the New York State Department of Health announced in its latest weekly report.
