If you’ve had ice cream at a market, festival or public gathering in St. Pete the last several years, odds are strong it was Churned Ice Cream. Now, the mobile sweets star is debuting its brick-and-mortar scoop shop.
After a pair of pop-up soft opens, Churned is celebrating the grand opening of its walk-up ice cream shop this Sunday, July 19, in honor of National Ice Cream Day. Festivities will take place from 4-8 pm at their “creation kitchen” located at 5504 Haines Rd N in St. Pete.
Believe it or not, the experience is even sweeter than it sounds. To celebrate the occasion, Churned is giving away one free small cup of ice cream per person during the opening party. That’s only as long as supplies last, so we’d recommend getting there early…
