SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — An overturned semi was causing major traffic delays during the Friday morning rush hour on Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton.
Traffic was still backed up around 8 a.m. on both northbound and southbound lanes of I-5, south of Las Pulgas, after a semi truck overturned onto its side around 5:20 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). A Sig Alert was issued for the area.
