NE Supreme Court dismisses lawsuit filed against Omaha Airport alleging unlawful tax

The Nebraska Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by an Omaha parking company against the Omaha Airport Authority, alleging a charge on off-airport parking companies was an unlawful tax.

In its ruling Friday, the Nebraska Supreme Court reversed the decision of the Douglas County District Court that said the charge was an unlawful tax and remanded it back to the District Court with instructions to dismiss the lawsuit.
