(COLORADO SPRINGS) — What began as one mom making elderberry syrup in her kitchen has grown into a full-time family business serving thousands of families across Colorado. In 2018, owner Taylor Glover launched Elevated Elderberry, a wellness business that offers a full line of handcrafted products and travels to more than 15 farmers’ markets throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
Elderberries are small, dark purple berries that have been used for centuries in traditional herbal wellness practices. Today, many families incorporate elderberry into their daily wellness routines, particularly during seasonal changes. While research is still limited, some studies suggest elderberry may help reduce the duration or severity of cold and flu symptoms.
Glover joined Loving Living Local’s Justin Antweil and showcased her four flavors.
