SALEM, Ore. — Salem police arrested a 54-year-old man Wednesday afternoon after detectives said they saw him selling drugs in northeast Salem and later found about an ounce of fentanyl.
Cleo O. Andrews, 54, of Salem, was arrested July 16, 2026, at about 4:35 p.m. following a drug offense investigation in the area of Lancaster Drive NE and Sunnyview Drive NE, according to a report from the Salem Police Department.
Police said detectives from the department’s Special Investigations Unit were working in the area as part of the ongoing Intelligence, Communication, and Planning initiative when they saw Andrews selling drugs to an individual.
