BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Motorists traveling through Baltimore this weekend should prepare for several road closures and traffic pattern changes tied to concerts, special events, bridge repairs and the weekly Baltimore Farmers’ Market, according to the Baltimore City Department of Transportation.
