Fishing conditions continue to be excellent across the Twin Lakes Area, according to the latest fishing report released Thursday afternoon by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) as well as reports submitted to KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News.
On Norfork Lake, Scuba Steve at Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental reported Friday to KTLO the lake is a few feet high for this time of year but in good condition. The lake had dropped 2 inches in the previous 24 hours, with one generator running continuously and spillway gates open for part of the day. Surface water temperature was reported at 89 degrees, with clear water visible down to 17 feet in some places and 23 feet in others…
