SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Savannah’s historic Carver Village held its 11th annual reunion Saturday to celebrate the people that once lived there and those who still do.
Carver Village is known nationwide as the first individually owned housing development for people of color. Global leaders, legislators and many more influential people have come from there.
