A flood warning is in effect for Manatee County on Sunday after heavy rainfall, according to the National Weather Service of Tampa Bay.
The agency issued the flood warning around 1:45 p.m. after rain fell in amounts between 1 and 3 inches in the Bradenton area.
Forecasters said areas that may experience flooding include Bradenton, Palmetto, West Samoset, South Bradenton, West Bradenton, Ellenton, Memphis, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, Samoset, Oneco, Bayshore Gardens, Palma Sola and Cortez…
